CONSTRUCTION
This is double walled unit with Inner and outer wall both made of Stainless Steel. Lid is made of thick machined stainless steel plate tightened with radial locking system. Fitted with neoprene rubber gasket. All system is hydraulically tested up to 40 Psi, as a safety measure. Fitted with slandered accessories such as water level indicator, pressure gauge, steam release cock, spring loaded safety valve, industrial grade heating element and Semi-Automatic Digital Controller with AUTO-TIME CONTROL SYSTEM. After the set temperature is attained the timer starts automatically and on completion of set countdown / up time the supply to heaters is cut -off and the system sounds a buzzer alerting user that the cycle is over. All internal joints are arc welded ground and polished to give crevice free internals. Supplied complete with SS basket, cord and plug to work on 220/230 Volts A.C supply.
