Laboratory Ovens

This deluxe model gravity oven combines triple wattage selection fully Automatic heat control to provide exacting temperature uniformity and superior heat distribution. The temperature is from 50˚C to 350˚C provides greater flexibility and gives unexcelled performance and long life for analytical and general laboratory works involving drying, baking, pre heating and ageing. This oven is double walled construction, inner and outer made of thick gauge of mild steel sheet. Heaters are placed on the bottom and two sides which are controlled by a power selection switch permits selection of high, and low wattage and assuring quick stabilization of working temperature and fitted with air circulating fan to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber. Temperature is controlled by hydraulic type thermostat/ Microprocessor based PID temperature controller from 50˚C to 350˚C in variation of ±2˚C.

Double walled made of thick anodized aluminum/SS Steel 304 grade and outer body is made up of MS Sheet furnished in durable powder coated. The gap of 3” diameter between two walled is filled with pure white glass wool. Heating elements are placed in ribs at the bottom and sides. Adjustable air ventilators near the top of the sides built in silent hot air blower to maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber. The temperature is controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temperature indicator cum controller from Ambient to 250˚C with a sensitivity of ±0.5˚C.
