· The vendor should have availability for ten years guaranteed parts and services.

· Current user’s / performance list in India of the quoted Model with contact details (Customer name, phone email id etc) and date of installation to be provided (Minimum 5 installations of the model quoted)and this will be taken very seriously while making the decision. Your post sales service feedback will be certainly a deciding factor.

Compliance Statement

The supplier must submit a table indicating the compliance of the features of the model of the equipment being quoted with those given in the indent.

Features not matching – must be clearly indicated.

Additional features and features in the quoted equipment which are better than those in the indent – may be clearly explained.

Bids submitted without Technical specifications manuals of each module quoted will not be evaluated for technical compliance.

All pre-installation requirements must be attached.
